Worst app support ever

Randomly stops working. No response from support whatsoever. Until post negative review in app store. Then get \'possibly\' violation. So is it, or is it not? If it is, what is it. There are no terms of service posted in the app store. You join a raid or you host a raid. You can\'t message anyone. So, how would it even be possible to have a violation??
